Log Cabin - 10 Beds, 5 Bedrooms, 2 Bathrooms, 3 WCs, Sauna in the Pergola

This log cabin offers 10 beds and one baby cot.

On the first floor, there are two triple rooms and one quadruple room. In addition to the rooms, there is an infrared sauna and two bathrooms with a shower and WC. One of the bathrooms includes a washing machine.

On the ground floor, there is a double bedroom, a spacious living room with a fireplace, an LCD TV with terrestrial and satellite reception, and a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area for twelve people. There is also one bathroom on the ground floor with a bathtub, shower, two sinks, and a WC, as well as another separate WC.

Additional equipment:

• Garden kitchen with sauna and seating area
• Finnish sauna for 2-3 people
• Free WiFi throughout the property and garden
• Coffee machine for ground and bean coffee, black filtered coffee
• Terrace with garden furniture, grill, and awning with remote control

The Villapark offers a wide range of activities in the area. You can visit the new Aqacentrum and the Krkonoš Museum in Vrchlabí, the nearby Jánské Lázně, and in winter, enjoy the nearby ski resorts.

The cabins are mainly rented for weekly stays from Saturday to Saturday. In the off-season, we also offer accommodation for shorter periods (minimum 2 nights). We also offer the possibility of organizing family celebrations, birthdays, holidays, farewell parties, and other events.

The price includes:

• Consumed energy
• Final cleaning
• Bed linen, towels, and bath towels rental
• WiFi access
• Use of the hot tub, sauna, and garden kitchen
• Parking availability

Fees:

• Spa fee: 25 CZK/person/night
• Charge for consumed firewood for the fireplace (if used)

Deposit:

• Deposit: 5,000 CZK, payable in cash upon arrival
• The deposit will be returned upon departure, no later than 3 days after departure to the bank account

Additional Information:

• Electric vehicle charging is available for a fee, 10 CZK/kWh depending on consumption

Weekend and shorter stays (April - June, September - December):

• 2 nights... 25,000 CZK
• 3 nights... 30,000 CZK
• 4 nights... 35,000 CZK

To make a non-binding reservation for the property, you can choose a date from Saturday to Saturday.

Arrival is possible on Saturday between 3:00 PM and 6:00 PM. The property must be vacated on the following Saturday by 10:00 AM at the latest. In case of late arrival or departure, a specific time must be agreed upon in advance! Otherwise, a fee may be charged!
